These terms govern your use of the website lightkasse.de (the "Website") operated by Viktoriia Synia, Spichernstr. 8, 10777 Berlin (the "Operator"). By using the Website you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Website
The Website presents information about a software product ("LightKasse") that is currently in development. All content is provided for informational purposes only and is non-binding. Features, pricing and availability shown on the Website may change without notice.
2. No contract of sale
Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer to sell or license software. Prices shown (e.g. "€50 / month") are indicative only. A contract will come into existence only upon a separate, explicit agreement at product launch.
3. Waitlist registration
By submitting your email address to the waitlist form you express interest in receiving news about LightKasse. The registration is free of charge, does not oblige you to purchase anything and can be revoked at any time by emailing hello@lightkasse.de.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and code on the Website are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trade-mark law. Any use beyond what is permitted by law requires the prior written consent of the Operator.
5. Liability
The Operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence the Operator is only liable in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, and the liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Any further liability is excluded.
6. Availability
The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Website may be taken offline for maintenance or for any other reason at the Operator's discretion.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
8. Changes to these terms
The Operator may amend these terms at any time with effect for the future. The version in force at the time of your visit applies.
