Status of the product and the operating entity
LightKasse is currently in a pre-launch phase. The website collects non-binding waitlist registrations for a software product that is still in development. No sales contracts are concluded through this website.
During this hypothesis-testing phase the Website is provisionally operated by the sole proprietor named above (Viktoriia Synia, Einzelunternehmerin) in order to comply with German transparency requirements (§ 5 TMG, § 18 MStV). A dedicated company for LightKasse is currently being incorporated in Germany. As soon as the new entity is registered in the Handelsregister, the operator of the Website will change and this Imprint will be updated accordingly. Waitlist subscribers will be notified by email before any transfer of personal data to the new controller; see our Privacy Policy, section 8.
EU dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
